Food plays a big part of my life, professionally as well as privately. Here are two creations of produce I really like. Salmon and tomatoes. Just love this stuff. A fresh ripened tomato with a bit of black pepper and sea salt is just the best. Salmon crispy on the outside and just cooked on the inside, the best. Or as sashimi, it is so good. The salmon in this dish is slowly cooked in extra virgin olive oil at 30 degrees Celsius, rolled in chives, pickled cucumber and dill mascarpone.
